Oh, friends! I have been beside myself waiting to share this information with you.

Two years ago, I dreamed of a yoga retreat for the broken-hearted, the broken-spirited. I didn’t want people to come  on a yoga retreat for a little fun, a lot of yoga, and maybe partial restoration of spirit. I dreamed of full mind-body healing; tapping into that core place of who we are, the one that has been masked, hidden, or shamed by culture and looking at that person and saying,

“You are good. You don’t need to hide anymore.”

So…I’ve spent two years working towards making that vision a reality & it is finally here!

October 9-11, 2015 we will gather together in Ranger, GA (I know–where the heck is that, right?! Well it’s just 60-90 mins. north of ATL and in the middle of the beautiful N. Ga mountains!). I have rented us a modern cabin with a huge farm house table where we will gather for soul chats, mimosas & coffee (depending on what’s your jam).

We will spend two days shedding the cloaks of untruths, shame, lies, and busyness that weighs us down and stepping into freedom in who we are.

What to expect? An adult camp experience–minus the awkwardness. Ok, fine. We’re still a little awkward, but it’s going to be okay! Dance parties, soul chats (think “shame be gone” “radical freedom” “filled with grace”), hikes in the mountains, yoga on the deck, your own personal 30 min massage with a neuromuscular massage therapist…and simply…time to let your soul breathe.
