Today was one of those kind of days that restores your energy, fuels your passion, fills your happy tank, and just overall lifts you up. My Fridays are always pretty grand because I get to teach Zumba and dance with a great group of ladies and then I get to have my booty handed to me on a platter by my favorites in Dance Battle Build (a new group exercise format that shall be all the craze very soon–you just watch and see).
After the drenching, bone bruising (for real), workout I had the lovely pleasure of having lunch with my favorites…have I mentioned I have the best friends in the world? (…more on that later) Followed by a laugh-filled afternoon and an evening to celebrate the birth of one of my dear friends at Cans (which just happens to be my most favorite Mexican restaurant)!
Did I mention it was also one of those belly-full-all-day-long days as well?
